Background: Jared joined Strong Tower Insurance Group in 2015 and was the firm’s first Managing Partner in 2021. Jared plays a pivotal leadership role in guiding the firm’s strategic direction and growth initiatives. As Executive Vice President, he oversees the Commercial Lines Division, where he leads complex insurance transactions and manages risk solutions for businesses.

He promotes team development by building and mentoring a top-tier team of insurance professionals to deliver exceptional client service. Aaron A. Anderson, CLF
Senior Vice President & Managing Partner
Background: Aaron has been with Strong Tower Insurance Group since 2019. As Senior Vice President he oversees the Personal Lines Division across the nation. He handles all personal lines sales, carrier partner relationships, underwriting guidelines, and risk strategy assessments. As a visionary leader, Aaron drives business development by creating and executing strategies to attract new clients, grow revenue, and penetrate new markets to drive sustainable growth and profitability for the firm.
Expertise: Aaron specializes in high net worth (HNW) private client, tailoring insurance programs to fit individuals and families with substantial assets and complex lifestyles. He fosters and manages high-level relationships with key insurance carriers, ensuring access to a wide array of products and favorable terms for the firm’s clients while ensuring that client resolutions are handled effectively and promptly, maintaining high client satisfaction.
Education: Aaron holds a Bachelor’s in Education from The University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, WI and has earned his Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation.
Erin Wendt, CPCU
Chief Operating Officer & Managing Partner

As Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner, she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
