Risk Advisor, Personal Lines Sales

The Personal Lines Risk Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and writing new business including auto, home, life, umbrella
  • Learn and be able to professionally present Strong Tower products and services
  • Establish an advisor relationship with prospects and clients
  • Effectively develop and manage relationships with carriers we work with
  • Promoting and growing the company

The best candidate for this position will have:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, insurance sales preferred
  • Current Arizona Property & Casualty, Life & Health preferred
  • Sales experience : 2 years, insurance sales preferred
  • Excellent networking and marketing skills
  • Self starter, ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Goal oriented and solutions minded
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize workflow

Risk Advisor, Commercial Lines Sales

The Commercial Lines Risk Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and writing new small and large business owners while including auto, home, life, umbrella
  • Learn and be able to professionally present Strong Tower products and services including Intelligent Risk 356™
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with new prospects, clients and business partners
  • Effectively develop and manage relationships with carrier partners
    Promoting and growing the company

The best candidate for this position will have:

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, insurance sales preferred
  • Current Arizona Property & Casualty, Life & Health preferred
  • Sales experience : 2 years, insurance sales preferred

Account Executive, Personal Lines Service

This position performs day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned personal lines accounts. Acts as primary contact for clients in relationship to overall support and service within the company. Ensures continued retention and profitable growth with opportunity for new business.

The Personal Lines Account Executive will be responsible for:

  • Management of an established book of business
  • Meet daily servicing needs of clients including market research, proposals, completing applications, processing payments, etc.
  • Prepare applications, binders, certificates of insurance, etc.
  • Utilize technology systems to maximize work flow efficiency
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and carriers

The best candidate for this position will have:

  • Minimum 2 years service experience, insurance industry preferred
  • Current Arizona Property & Casualty, Life & Health preferred
  • College degree or advanced education preferred
  • Proven interpersonal skills to build outstanding relationships and foster team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of client data systems
  • Strong organizational, time management and record keeping skills
  • Ability to cross sell and up-sell to retain business
  • Excellent conversation and communication skills

The Employee Benefits Account Executive will be responsible for:

  • Management of a growing book of business
  • Meet daily servicing needs of clients including market research, proposals, completing applications, processing payments, etc.
  • Prepare applications, process new hires, open enrollment, etc.
  • Utilize technology systems to maximize work flow efficiency
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and carriers

The best candidate for this position will have:

  • Minimum 2 years service experience, preferably in health insurance related field
  • Current Arizona Life & Health license or ability to obtain upon hire
  • College degree or advanced education preferred
  • Knowledge of Employer Benefit Plans and experience with health insurance
  • Proven interpersonal skills to build outstanding relationships and foster team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of client data systems
  • Strong organizational, time management and record keeping skills
  • Ability to cross sell and up-sell to retain business
